At AARVVI SPARKLE LLP (ODDLY), every piece of jewelry is crafted with care. If you are not happy with your purchase, please read the refund and return policy below.
Eligibility
- Refunds/Return are available only for products purchased directly from www.oddlyofficial.in
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with certificates and tags intact
Timeframe
- Refund/Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection in the form of store credit.
Process
- Contact us on email with your order number.
- Once approved, raise a return request on the website
- After inspection, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit
Incase of return the product should be returned within 5 days of time and once we received the order replacement order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days of time.
